    Mixing of the album!

    Debut album will be mixed by Tero Kinnunen who has been working for example with the bands like Nightwish and Amorphis.

    Some news concerning the debut album!

    First of all, the album’s title has now been decided. The title for the first album of Thaurorod will be “Upon Haunted Battlefields”. Artwork for the album will be done by Henkka Villberg. The same guy who made the Artwork for “Morning Lake” and “Tales of the End”.

    We’re still concidering about the studios that we want to use on mixing and mastering the album. However, the drums will be recorded at Studio Watercastle in the beginning of January.

    It seems like we will have to mix those two demo songs by ourselves and we are going to do that on the following weekend. So if all goes as planned we are able to send them for mastering on Monday!

    Thank you Semifinal, Helsinki!

    Hi guys and girls!

    Yesterday I think it was one of the best T-Rod shows ever and enormous thank belongs to all of you who were there in the audience! I heard later that Semifinal was nearly soldout so fuckin great!

    As some of you might know we recorded this show and also there were 4 videocameras shooting the show. We want to thank cameramen Toni Salminen and his friend for the tremendous help and for making this videorecording possible.

    Now, we'll just have to hope that audio track from the show is at least bearable so that we could release at least couple of songs from the show in MySpace. Lets see...

    Next Thaurorod show will be at Pub Katse, Jyväskylä on 18th October and after this we will fully start to concentrate on the recordings of our debut album. Meanwhile, we will release 2 songs at MySpace and those songs will be mixed next week so maybe less than a week and you can finally listen to new T-Rod songs with Markku Kuikka on vocals.

    So rock on guys and comments on the last night's show are very welcomed as are the comments on the songs that will be released soon.
